Hi all,
It has been a long while xD, well as I said I need to post about this, and please follow this as close as you can. When you start a project with someone, be sure that all parts agree and that there is no doubt about what work will you do and how will you share the income (if there is any money). If you dont do it this way then problem can happen and your work could vanish, working for nothing is not fun, be sure that you trust and know well the person you are working with, if there are changes all will lose and the game maybe will never be made.

You may be wondering why on earth Im blogging about this fact, if you are starting a game you are more likely to do it alone, but maybe you have a friend and would like to team up, go back to the top and read all that I said before proceeding. It has happened to me that I teamed with a friend but then suddenly after I did some drawings for such mentioned project and even started thinking what the mechanics needed for this..... then my friend said Im out of the project, like that, well that of course is disappointing, I worked for nothing and all my drawings were done for no reason and the game may or may not be done, well as that happened, what we have to do is save our work, so that we can use it on our own projects, and also clarify what work we have done and when for legal issues, this is what Im doing in the following space:

All these drawings are (C) H.D.A. and any reproduction or use of them as base or guide or anything is forbidden, and if such thing happens then I will start legal action against the person/s who may use that material.

I use this post also as a proof that its me and no other person who did these drawings on this date, so you know any later appearance of these drawings or drawings made with these as base is an ilegal drawing and should be removed from whatever the media. Thanks for understanding. Just to clarify it allow me to put something in spanish too, sorry, its just the same I said here dont worry.

Todos estos dibujos son (C) H.D.A. y cualquie reproduccion o uso de ellos como base o guia o cualquier otra cosa esta prohibido, y si algo asi sucede entonces tomare acciones legales en contra de la/s persona/s que lo hayan utilizado.

Yo uso este post tambien como prueba de que soy yo y ninguna otra persona quien hizo estos dibujos enb esta fecha, asi que ya se sabe que cualquier aparicion posterior de estos dibujos o dibujos hechos con estos como base es un dibujo ilegal y debe ser eliminado de cualquier medio donde se haya publicado. Gracias por entender
